Shipping Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
Free Shipping
- We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75.
- Orders under $75 will have the applicable shipping cost calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- When tracking information is available, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Please allow a little time for the carrier's tracking information to update after your package has been processed.
Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Flamingo Kids LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
