1. What types of candy, toys, and novelties do you sell?

Flamingo Kids LLC offers a fun selection of candy, toys, games, novelties, gifts, and party favorites for kids and kids at heart. Our inventory changes regularly as we add new, seasonal, and trending items, so be sure to check back often to see what's new!

2. Are your candies and toys safe for children?

We carefully select the products offered at Flamingo Kids LLC; however, age recommendations
vary by product. Some toys and candies may contain small parts or ingredients that are not suitable for all children.
Please review the product packaging, age recommendations, ingredients, allergen information, and manufacturer warnings before giving an item to a child. Adult supervision is recommended when
appropriate.

3. Do you sell candy and toys in bulk for parties and events?

Yes! Many of our candy, toys, and novelty items may be available in larger quantities for birthday
parties, party favors, school events, celebrations, and other special occasions.

4. How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 will have the applicable shipping
cost displayed at checkout.
Once tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

5. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available at Flamingo Kids LLC, 4257 Gattis School Rd., Round Rock, TX 78664. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

6. What are your return and refund policies for candy, toys, and novelty items?

Because candy is perishable, refunds or replacements are available when an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

For toys and games, returns or exchanges may be requested within 15 days of delivery.
